COMPANY BACKGROUND
1963
Founded by Andres E. Siochi, Fabian L. Parial, Tomas P. Ledesma, Fernando A. Fernando and Edgardo H. Angeles.
Started by manufacturing and merchandising electrical protection and control equipment with four employees and a paid-up capital of Php 10,000.00
1983
Organized the Electrical Contracts Department offering the following services:
• Installation of substation equipment
• Erection and installation of power distribution and transmission lines
• Installation of inside wiring
• Implementation of electrical systems audit, maintenance & rehabilitation
From merely fabricating panelboards, the company became the standard bearer of quality products in the field of electrical control and distribution equipment in compliance with US Nema Standards:

D.M. Consunji, Inc., the Philippines largest construction company, became our partners and new owners of BETA Electric Corporation.
2002
Solid its manufacturing business to Systems Powermark Corporation.
2005
Organized its Raco Haven Division, now known as Automation and Control Systems Division which actively offers market building auxiliaries such as:
• Building Management System
• Fire Detection and Alarm System
• Structured Cabling for Telecommunication
• CCTV/Security Management System
• Public Address and Background Music Systems
• Audio-Video Entry Phone / Intercom System
2006
Began offering Electromechanical Contracting and Project Management to the market.
Since its acquisition, D.M. Consunji, Inc. has fully supported BETA Electric Corporation in all its endeavors, thus, resulting in BETA’s redemption of its premiere position in the market.
2014
Upgraded PCAB category from "A" to "AAA"
2015
Created the Special Project Division and soon became the Infrastructure and Railway Division to cater for the company’s electro-mechanical system requirements for infrastructure projects and railway systems.
2018
Changed name from BETA ELECTRIC CORPORATION to BETA ELECTROMECHANICAL CORPORATION
